A woman in her 30s has died after a house fire in north Wales.
The fire broke out in the early hours of Sunday morning at a property in Flintshire, police have confirmed.
Fire crews were called to the scene, on Moor Lane in Holywell, shortly after 1.30am on Sunday, June 20.
Only one person was inside the house, and she was pronounced dead at the scene. She has not been named at this stage, but her next of kin have been informed.

An investigation into the cause of the fire is now underway and will be carried out jointly by North Wales Fire and Rescue Service and North Wales Police.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said: “A woman has sadly died following a house fire in Flintshire during the early hours of this morning (Sunday, June 20).
“Our thoughts remain with the woman’s family at this difficult time.”
